To provide a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire capable of improving the molding efficiency of a tread rubber and decreasing an electrically conductive rubber included in the tread rubber.
A molding process of the tread rubber includes a 2-shot stage in which a rubber ribbon 20 and a rubber ribbon 40 comprising the electrically non-conductive rubber are simultaneously wound. In the 2-shot stage, the adjoining rubber ribbon 20 and rubber ribbon 40 are spirally wound so that they are brought into contact with each other, and the ribbon winding position extends from a grounding face to the inner side in the tire diameter direction, and extends to the one side in the tire width direction, and passes through an L-shaped path reaching the tread end. When ribbon winging position passes through the L-shaped path, The rubber ribbon 20 during winding is partially provided with the electrically conductive rubber 22, and extends spirally and continuously from the grounding face to the tread end, and at the sectional face of the tire meridian, the electrically conductive part 13 intermittently appearing is formed with the electrically conductive rubber 22.
