Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polyester excellent in long- time continuous formability and capable of obtaining a formed body having excellent transparency and heat resistance, especially a heat-resistant hollow molded product.
SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a polyester comprises adding a crystalline thermoplastic resin having a melting point of ≤250°C to a polyester from which fine materials and/or film-shaped materials have been removed by subjecting the polyester to a contact treatment with a member consisting of the crystalline thermoplastic resin.
