Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a printed textile product and a printing system, by which a printed textile product having excellent friction fastness and texture can be manufactured.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a printed textile product includes: a printing step of inkjet printing a fabric 5 with an inkjet ink composition 4 comprising a colorant 1 and a crosslinking binder component 3 to obtain a printed material; and a heat-treating step of heat-treating the printed material with steam 6 to fuse or soften and to crosslink the crosslinking binder component 3 into a film so as to fix the colorant 1 to the fibers of the fabric 5. The printing system includes a printing device and a heat-treating device for heat-treating the printed material with steam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
