Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous technique for manufacturing a radiation detector configured by arranging a plurality of sensor panels whose thickness is reduced.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a radiation detector includes a fixation process, in which a plurality of sensor panels each having a first face having a pixel array and a second face opposite thereto are fixed with each other under a state where pixel arrays are arranged so as to constitute an integrated detection face, and a reduction process, in which the thickness of the plurality of sensor panels is reduced from a second face side under a state where the plurality of sensor panels are fixed with each other in the block.
