Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a reflection mirror with which a hydrophilic coating film and an electrochromic coating film are surely formed on both surfaces of a substrate at a low cost.
SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the reflection mirror 10, a film forming step of a photocatalytic hydrophilic film 20, consisting of a film coating step and a baking step, is provided between a sputter depositing step of a transparent electrode 16 and a depositing step of the electrochromic coating film 18. Thereby the electrochromic coating film 18 is not broken or not degraded by heating in the baking step of the photocatalytic hydrophilic film 20.
