Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a relay arm body which is manufactured in a short time period, and which is advantageous in cost.
The method comprises: a first blank step for punching out a prepared hole 22 of a section which supports a bearing from a plate material 20; a burring step for forming the prepared hole 22 which is formed in the first blank step, to a cylindrical flange 27 by a burring processing; a second blank step for punching out an outline of a base material 21 from the plate material 20 in which the flange 27 is formed in the burring step; and a pipe pressing-in step for pressing in pipes 28a and 28b which support the bearing on the cylindrical flange 27 formed in the burring step.
