Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of stably manufacturing a resin composition for solar battery encapsulation material where raw material components are uniformly mixed even with extrusion mixing a polyethylene-based resin and a liquid additive without using a pump or a feeder.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a resin composition, especially a resin composition for solar battery encapsulation material by extrusion mixing with using a twin screw extruder having a first process for sending a resin with melting and a second process for mixing the resin after the first process with holding a set temperature in the first process in a range of 45 to 95°C and the set temperature in the second process of 50 to 80°C when a resin composition containing a liquid additive (B) of 0.2 to 5.5 pts.wt. based on a non-polar polyolefin resin (A) of 100 pts.wt. are extrusion mixed.
