This method for manufacturing an RFID tag having an IC chip for radio communication, a first antenna electrically connected to the IC chip, and a second antenna formed so as to be at least partially overlapped with the first antenna via an insulating layer includes: a step for individually separating and forming a plurality of first antennas on one face of the long insulating layer, and forming an antenna tape by integrally forming a plurality of second antennas on the other face of the insulating layer; a step for loading a plurality of IC chips at prescribed positions on the first antenna of the antenna tape, and forming an electrically connected RFID tag tape; and a step for separating the RFID tag tape into individual RFID tags.
