Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of rubber member for tires excellent in processability and productivity.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of rubber member for tires includes: (A) a process of putting base rubber and an additive into a kneader 4 and kneading it to obtain a primary rubber composition; (B) a process of forming a rubber sheet R1 from the primary rubber composition; (C) a process of cooling the rubber sheet R1 by blowing low temperature air onto the rubber sheet R1; (D) a process of putting the rubber sheet R1 into a kneader 18 and further kneading the primary rubber composition to obtain a secondary rubber composition; and (E) a process of obtaining a rubber member from the secondary rubber composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
