Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a screw parts with a through hole formed therein to pass a cable or other wires.
The method for manufacturing the screw parts with the through hole in which the through hole from a tail end to a top end of the screw parts is formed comprises a preliminary step of forming a wire 10 by charging a core member 9 in a center hole of a metallic cylindrical member 8, a forming step of working a workpiece 12 of the predetermined length obtained from the wire, and obtaining a half-finished solid screw 13 having a screw thread 2 by working the cylindrical member, and a finishing step of obtaining a finished screw 1 having a through hole 6 by removing the core member included in the half-finished screw.
