Abstract:
To efficiently and inexpensively manufacture a second die by manufacturing it using the data on a first die subjected to bearing adjustment and accuracy adjustment.
A method of manufacturing a second die includes: a step of measuring a first die 1 finished by adjustment of a skilled engineer by a non-contact three-dimensional measuring device 3; a step (S13) of making NC data of a second die according to the measurement data obtained in the measuring process; a step (S4) of machining the die prototype 5 according to NC data; and a step (S5) of finishing the machined die prototype to complete a second die 10.
