Abstract:
To provide a secondary battery having higher safety than a conventional lithium-ion secondary battery, a method of shortening a manufacturing process of a lithium ion secondary battery, and a method of manufacturing a lithium-ion secondary battery with high productivity using a roll-to-roll manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: The method includes: forming a layer containing particles of an active material on a first current collector; forming a first gel polymer layer containing an electrolytic solution on the layer containing particles of the active material; forming a second gel polymer layer containing the electrolytic solution on the first gel polymer layer; stacking a current collector in which a layer containing a second active material is formed on the second gel polymer layer; applying heat and pressure to temporarily turn the first gel polymer layer into a sol and place it between the particles of the active material; and making a state where the second gel polymer layer and the particles of the active material are in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
