To provide a method for manufacturing a shape memory alloy tube which has a coated film layer with high adhesion properties on its internal periphery surface.
The method for manufacturing the shape memory alloy tube having a metallic coated film layer on the internal periphery surface includes a process of forming a cladding material by covering an Au tube material 2 with the shape memory alloy tube material 1 serving as the metallic coated film layer and a process of cold or warm working for a roll adhesion between the cladding materials and a shape adjustment. Before conducting the cold or warm working to the cladding material, one of the following treatments may be conducted: hot hydro-forming treatment, cold hydro-forming treatment, and explosive cladding treatment.
