A method for manufacturing the sheet with decoration for sticking comprises; a process of providing an adhesive layer on a release sheet: a process of providing a main body layer made of resin on the adhesive layer; and a heat treatment process of the main body layer. The main body layer has a larger area than the adhesive layer, a foaming agent is included in the main body layer. A site projecting from the adhesive layer of the main body layer is deformed to generate the three-dimensional feeling by the heat treatment process. In a preferable embodiment, the deformation of the main body layer is bending back.
