To provide shoes and a method for manufacturing the same wherein each of the shoes has covering leather having elasticity at parts corresponding to neighborhood of a metatarsus point as a most important part for fitting of the shoes.

Each of the shoes comprises specified parts including parts corresponding to a tibia side and A fibula side of the metatarsus point of both side ends of covering leather having elasticity being sewn onto specified parts of both sides of an insole, wherein a length of the specified parts of the covering leather before sewing-up is longer than that of the corresponding specified parts of the insole. Each of the shoes is obtained by respectivley sewing up the specified parts including the parts corresponding to the tibia side and the fibula side of the metatarsus point of both the side ends of the covering leather having elasticity onto the specified parts of both the sides of the insole with a length shorter than that of the counterpart, bonding the covering leather except the specified parts and peripheral parts of the insole together with adhesives, and then fixing an outsole thereto.
