Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new single crystal powder never existed before.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the single crystal ceramic powder is composed of following processes: a powder feeding process, feeding powder of a ceramic ingredient to heat treating region with a carrier gas, a heating process, heating the powder till necessary temperature to single crystallization, and a cooling process, cooling the product obtained in the heating process to obtain the single crystal ceramic powder. By this method the single crystal ceramic powder of ≥0.9 in sphericity, and small in grain diameter is obtained.
