Abstract:
To easily extract a core bar even when the core bar is stuck to a part of metal powder, in manufacturing a sintered heat pipe.
In the method of manufacturing a sintered heat pipe, a core bar 2 is divided into a plurality of core bars, each of the divided core bars 2 can be extracted, in a process of forming a wick structure 6 of the sintered heat pipe, where a space formed by a core bar 2 inserted along a major axis direction in a pipe-shaped container 1 and the inner wall of the container 1 is filled with metal powder 5, the container 1 is heated with the metal powder 5 and the core bar 2 inserted therein, and the metal powder 5 is sintered to fix the sintered metal.
