A bearing mechanism 15 is fitted to and inserted into a fixed iron core 12, and has a cylindrical resin bearing member 16 in the axial direction, and a ball 17 fitted to and inserted into the bearing member 16. An inner peripheral surface 22 of a notch groove 20 having one side diametrally expanded in the radial direction, is communicated with a circular arc-shaped contact plane 21 formed in the axial direction on the tip joined to an outer peripheral surface of a rod 18. Notch grooves 20a to 20d are adjacently formed between projecting parts 19a to 19d on the inner diameter side of the bearing member 16, and the inner peripheral surface 22 is formed on its bottom surface. An inner diameter D1 of the fixed iron core 12 and an outer diameter D2 of the rod 18 are measured, and the size of the ball 17 inserted between an outer peripheral surface of the fixed iron core 12 and an inner peripheral surface of the rod 18 is properly extracted, and is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed iron core 12 and the inner peripheral surface of the rod 18, and concentricity of the fixed iron core 12 and the rod 18 can be improved.
