Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid battery, which makes possible to manufacture a solid battery having solid electrolytic layers composed of two layers and arranged so that short circuit can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solid battery comprises: a first solid electrolytic layer arrangement step in which a first solid electrolytic layer including a sulfide solid electrolyte is placed on a surface of a first electrode layer by applying a pressing pressure of 98-196 MPa to them with the first solid electrolytic layer in contact with the surface of the first electrode layer; a second solid electrolytic layer arrangement step in which a second solid electrolytic layer including a sulfide solid electrolyte is disposed on a surface of the first solid electrolytic layer disposed the surface of the first electrode layer by applying a pressing pressure of 294-392 MPa to them with the second solid electrolytic layer in contact with the surface of the first solid electrolytic layer disposed on the surface of the first electrode layer; and a press step in which a second electrode layer is put in contact with a surface of the second solid electrolytic layer disposed on the surface of the first solid electrolytic layer and in this state, a pressing pressure of 421.4 MPa or smaller is applied thereto.
