Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid natural rubber having large residual amount of proteins originally contained in a natural rubber.SOLUTION: A solid natural rubber having the nitrogen content of 0.6 mass% or more is manufactured by spraying a natural rubber latex on a heated substrate surface and attaching the natural rubber latex on the substrate surface with dot and drying without flowing a water soluble non-rubber component.
