Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: The provide a manufacturing method for obtaining a solid powder cosmetic easily which is excellent in a use feel, result and impact resistance.
SOLUTION: The method contains at least a step wherein a powder component is mixed with an oily component as a binding agent in a solvent to obtain a slurry and it is characterized by using a medium-stirring mill in the mix and coating the powder component surface with the oily component uniformly.
