Abstract:
To manufacture a low-cost solidified soil having uniaxial compressive strength of 10 mega-newtons per square meter or more and having fluidity required at the time of manufacture.SOLUTION: A manufacturer measures a water content ratio of a raw material soil whose water content has not been adjusted, and sets this to an initial value to prepare a soil material having a known water content, and adds a solidifying material (or solidifying material and water) to the prepared soil material so that a water/solidifying material weight ratio after addition becomes a specified value, and stirs with a batch stirrer, and determines whether a fluidity of the manufactured solidified soil satisfies a condition, and further adds the solidifying material and water and stirs so that the water/solidified material weight ratio after addition and stirring maintains a specified value, when it is determined that the fluidity of the solidified soil does not satisfy the condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
