This method of manufacturing a spoke-like wheel disk has a pre-forming step of forming a plurality of raised parts 110 for bases of reinforcing parts 11 of spokes in a nearly circular panel blank 100, concentrically on the outer peripheral side than bolt holes 10e, an opening step of opening a plurality of ornamental prototype holes 200 in the raised parts, thereby to form a spoke prototype parts 100b between adjacent ornamental prototype holes, a disk flange forming step of forming a disk flange 10c by bending the outer peripheral edge of the panel blank, in which the ornamental prototype holes are opened, perpendicularly into nearly parallel with the axial direction of the wheel, thereby to constitute the upper end edge of the disk flange in the outer edge of the obtained ornamental holes, and a spoke forming step of forming the spokes 10b by forming the reinforcing parts at the spoke prototype parts.
