Abstract:

To provide a technology for advantageously manufacturing a stabilizer bar with a vibration control bush vulcanized and adhered with the stabilizer bar to an inner peripheral surface of an inner hole of the vibration control bush with sufficient adhesion strength.

Rubber rings 22, 22 are externally inserted into both axial direction side portions 26, 26 of an adhered portion 24 of the stabilizer bar 10, and subsequently, the adhered portion 24 of the stabilizer bar 10 and the rubber rings 22 are stored and arranged into a molding cavity 46 and into storing parts 48, 48 each having at least a part of a forming face being a cylindrical surface 58 having an axial direction length longer than that of each of the rubber rings 22, 22, respectively. Each of the storing parts 48 is sealed by each of the rubber rings 22. Subsequently, an unvulcanized rubber material 60 is filled into the molding cavity 46, a vulcanizing operation is performed, and the vibration control bush vulcanized and adhered with the adhered portion 24 of the stabilizer bar 10 to the inner peripheral surface of the inner hole is formed.
