Austenitic stainless steel directly provided on its surface with a resin film is used as material and the material is subjected to deep drawing using a die adjusted to a die temperature of 140-250C and a punch temperature of 20C or below, thus the stainless steel made rinse tank is manufactured. The resin film is formed from one or more kinds selected from among polyvinyl alcohol resin, urethane resin and acrylic resin, wherein: a ratio of molecular weight of an OH-group to the total molecular weight of the resin is 0.02 or larger; and it is preferable that 1 to 20 pts.mass of polyethylene fluorocarbon polymer powders in which fluorocarbon polymer powders is combined onto powder surfaces of the polyethylene resin is added to 100 pts.mass of the film resin.
