Abstract:
The production method of the present disclosure includes: a first step in which a ceramic substrate having pores is prepared, and a first liquid containing first metal fibers and second metal fibers is introduced into the pores; a second step in which the first liquid is dried; a third step in which a second liquid containing first nanoparticles is introduced into the pores; a fourth step in which the second liquid is dried; and a fifth step in which the pores are heated and the first metal fibers and the second metal fibers are bonded together by means of the first nanoparticles.
