Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a structure having a corner.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a structure comprises: a first step of notching a triangular-prism shape member with 2-sides being bent inward so as to contain a position being lowest of a V-shape of the plate material and become an L-shaped corner with R when aligning the surface of the notched V-shape portion, in a step of notching a straight plate material into a V-shape type; a second step of pasting resin edge materials on the plate material; and a third step of notching the cut for making the V-shaped notch from the side becoming the corner inside of the plate material to a portion of notching the triangular-prism shape member with the 2-sides being bent. After the third step, there is adapted a corner forming step of bending a resin edge material being present in the lowest position vicinity of the V-shape, laminating the surface being notched to the V-shape type, and forming a structure having the L-shaped corner. By the method, the simple and highly precise manufacture of the structure having the L-shaped corner with R is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
