Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a superplastic molded product capable of obtaining a high-strength superplastic molded product using a heat treatment-based aluminum alloy and reducing the processes.
The method for manufacturing a superplastic molded product is characterized by: performing preheating treatment at a temperature higher than the solution temperature on a material to be molded of the heat treatment-based aluminum alloy; performing superplastic molding using a die the pre-aging temperature of which is lower than the solution temperature, performing pre-aging treatment by continuously holding the material on the die, and then performing artificial aging treatment.
