Abstract:

To simply manufacture a heat storing material formed by supporting a phase change material on a porous particle in which the phase change material does not leak and is uniformly supported by the porous particle and the manufacture is simplified.

The method of manufacturing the supported type solid heat storing material is carried out by emulsifying at high pressure a mixture prepared by dispersing the phase change material, the porous particle, a water-soluble polymer and a cross-linking material in water and reacting the water-soluble polymer with the cross-inking material to cover the porous particle supporting the phase change material with a resin. Because the porous particle is high-densely covered with the resin produced by the reaction of the water-soluble polymer with the cross-linking agent, the phase change material does not leak and because supporting of the phase change material and coating with the resin are simultaneously and combinedly carried out while dispersing each components in water, the manufacture is simplified and the phase change material is uniformly supported by the porous particle.
