To selectively construct a push-type and seesaw type press operation device while suppressing assembly man-hours and manufacturing costs.
A switch case 40 capable of selectively holding both a seesaw button 10 and a press button 20 includes: a frame body 42 for holding a part to be held 26 of the press button 20 in a state that the frame body 42 surrounds the part to be held 26; and a pair of shaft parts 46 extending inward from opposing wall parts 44b of the frame body 42. The frame body 42 and the shaft parts 46 are integrally molded. The frame body 42 is formed so as to slide the part to be held 26 of the press button 20 in a direction of a press operation according to the press operation while holding the part to be held 26 in the positions deviated from intermediate grooves 27 (an intermediate position) to both sides. The shaft parts 46 are provided on the positions corresponding to the intermediate grooves 27 when the part to be held 26 is inserted into the frame body 42 and support the seesaw button 10 rotatably on the frame body 42 by being inserted into parts to be supported 16 (shaft holes 16a) of the seesaw button 10.
