Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a syringe gasket in which a minute protrusion is formed to a peripheral surface of a product after releasing from a mold, and thereby the reliable sealing property of a medicinal solution is improved.SOLUTION: There is provided the method of manufacturing a syringe gasket that comprises a cylindrically-shaped body 2 formed of elastic material and an inactive resin film 3 laminated on the surface of the body 2. At least one minute protrusion 5 extending in the circumferential direction is formed on the surface of the laminated inactive resin film 3 by the thermal processing using a laser beam.EFFECT: A syringe gasket superior in sealing property can be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
