Abstract:
To provide a thermoplastic material having a semi-crystalline polyamide (PA) matrix and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic material, in particular a mechanical part made from the material. The method includes at least one step of injection moulding a polyamide composition for a thermoplastic material or a composition of a thermoplastic material, or a step implemented by extrusion of the same, the material including a thermoplastic matrix made from at least one thermoplastic polymer. The thermoplastic matrix is a semicrystalline polyamide polymer having a glass transition temperature Tg of at least 90°C and a melting point Tm of 280°C or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
