Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing gloves from a thermoplastic resin incapable of being molded by a dip molding process, in which the method does not use an organic solvent or a plasticizer, hardly generates an exhaust gas or a waste solution, and simplifies a manufacturing process and down-sizes a manufacturing facility as compared with a conventional dip molding process; and to provide thermoplastic resin gloves which allows the film thickness to uniformly be increased, has high tensile strength and elongation at break, has an excellent solvent resistance, and hardly gets stuffy when worn.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for manufacturing thermoplastic resin gloves comprising bringing a powdery thermoplastic resin into contact with a heated mold of gloves, forming a resin film on the surface of the mold, and peeling the resin film from the mold; and thermoplastic resin gloves formed from the thermoplastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
