In the method for manufacturing the thick-walled thin diameter tube by repeating a process in which tube drawing and heat treatment are performed on a seamless tube stock a repeatedly, before the final tube drawing, a tube to be worked is cut into a length taking the length of a product into consideration, cutting or grinding is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the cut article and the final tube drawing is performed by forging work of the cut article the inner peripheral surface of which is cut or ground by utilizing pressing force by a press.
