Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped article provided with fluid routes for temperature regulation, with which the fluid routes of optimum shapes can be freely formed, exudation of fluid in the fluid routes can be prevented, and fluid resistance is reduced as well.
SOLUTION: In making a powder bonded body A in which the bonding layer bonded with powder by irradiation with light beam is formed, and then, by repeating the same, is laminated and integrated with a plurality of the bonding layers, the powder coupled body A is made by making the unmelted and unbonded powder remain in the portion to be the fluid route 7 without irradiating this portion with the light beams and thereafter the remaining powder is discharged and removed from the fluid route 7 after the powder coupled body A is manufactured. Next, the fluid route 7 is subjected to a filling treatment by admitting a filling treatment agent 11 therein and making the agent 11 penetrate the inner wall surface of the fluid route 7.
