To facilitate trimming of a film and prevent the film from peeling off from an end surface, in a method for manufacturing a toilet lid decorated with a film which is a resin molding provided to a toilet bowl, sanitary washing device or the like.
In the method for manufacturing a toilet lid decorated with a film, a stepped part 51 is formed inside the lateral wall 42 to trim the film 63 at the stepped part 51, thus even a method of decorating with a film using a vacuum compressing air method can facilitate the trimming without impairing appearance preferability while eliminating a stepped part formed by the end surface of the film 63, and can reduce the part that is scratched when being touched by fingers, thereby preventing the film 63 from peeling off.
