To provide a transfer conveyance seamless belt which is extremely uniform in electric resistance and is small in the electric resistance by the use environment and a method of manufacturing a transfer conveyance seamless belt having excellent diversity at a low cost with a decreased number of process steps.
The method of manufacturing the transfer conveyance seamless belt consisting of at least a solvent soluble fluororesin and perchlorate used for an image forming device comprising dispersing the solvent soluble fluororesin and the perchlorate in the state of dissolving both in a solvent, then making a perchlorate dispersion by removing the solvent in a dispersing process step for the perchlorate into the solvent soluble fluororesin, then melt extruding the resulted perchlorate dispersion to a cylindrical shape by using an extruder and an annular die thereby molding a seamless resistance control belt and the transfer conveyance seamless belt obtained by this manufacturing method.
