Abstract:
To provide a method of mutually laminating resins whose glass transition temperatures are equal or close to each other without crushing an uneven pattern with the use of a nano-imprint device.
In the method of manufacturing a transferred resin laminate 12, a first transferred resin 1 which is arranged in a mold 15 set on the press surface of a press top plate 10 and held at a temperature equal to or above its glass transition temperature and a second transferred resin 2 which is mounted on a press bottom plate 20 and held at a temperature below its glass transition temperature are joined together.
