Abstract:

To provide a method of manufacturing a transparent electrode that is used for an organic electronic element and has superior conductivity, transparency, flexibility, and surface uniformity of a current without damaging the electrode nor a film substrate; and an organic electronic element that uses the transparent electrode and has a superior lifetime.

The present invention relates to the method of manufacturing the transparent electrode that has a conductive layer comprising a first conductive layer 14 and a second conductive layer 15 on a transparent film substrate 11. The first conductive layer is made of metal particles formed in a patterned state, and the second conductive layer covers the first conductive layer and contains a conductive polymer and a hydroxyl group-containing nonconductive polymer. A microwave radiation source, the transparent electrode, and a discharge prevention portion are arranged in order in a state so that the conductive layer and the discharge prevention portion are not in contact with each other, and the microwave radiation source irradiates the transparent electrode with a microwave.
