Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tray capable of dealing with a small quantity and many kind production of various type products, life-cycle shortening and a cost reduction by raising a positional accuracy, and a dimensional accuracy of a containing recess.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tray comprises the preparing step of preparing a plate-like base 10, a sheet 20, a weak pressure-sensitive adhesive, 30 and a strong pressure-sensitive adhesive 40; the adhering step of forming a sheet adhering body in which the adhesive 30 and the adhesive 40 are sequentially provided from below between the base 10 and the sheet 20 so that the sheet 20 can be adhered to the base 10, the push cutting step of pushing to form a cut by a cutting die to the sheet 20, and the separating step of separating a cutting piece 9 from the base 10.
