Abstract:
To provide a tread manufacturing method for manufacturing a tire configured to reduce rolling resistance without reducing tire performance such as wear resistance and steering stability (grip performance) on a wet road surface without requiring preliminary bonding, and to provide tread manufactured by the method, and a pneumatic tire including the tread.
In a tread manufacturing method for manufacturing tread having laminated rubber formed of two or more layers. The outermost layer constituting at least land portions in the tread is formed of rubber having a smaller loss tangent (tanδ) than the rubber in other layers than the outermost layer. The tread is vulcanized in a flat-shaped mold.
