Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely reduce vibration while simply, easily and efficiently performing mass production.
SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the two-piece wheel, a disc 2 and a rim 1 are welded to fix it in the state where an outer peripheral surface of the disc 2 is closely attached to an inner surface of the rim 1. Further, in the method for manufacturing the two-piece wheel, a fastening ring 10 is fixed to an outer periphery of the rim 1 in the state where the outer peripheral surface of the disc 2 is closely attached to the inner surface of the rim 1 and the disc 2 is welded to the rim 1 to fix it in the state where the outer periphery is fastened by the fastening ring 10.
