Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a unit consisting of eccentric rods and pistons of a connecting rod of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a unit consisting of eccentric rods 15, 16 and pistons 20, 21, includes: a step of providing the eccentric rods having two ends 36, 37, 38, 39, the eccentric rod being attached at the first end 36, 37 to an eccentric lever of an eccentric adjusting device and being attached at the second end 38, 39 to a piston that is guided in a hydraulic chamber in the attachment state of a connecting rod; a step of providing the pistons that are guided in the hydraulic chambers in the attachment state of the connecting rod; a step of arranging the second ends of the eccentric rods in the pistons; a step of introducing injection molding dies into the pistons; a step of injection-molding circumferentially-closed retaining rings between the pistons, the second ends of the eccentric rods and the injection-molding dies; and a step of removing the injection molding dies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
