To provide a method of manufacturing a vehicular wheel, capable of stably forming a rim cavity in a rim portion by surely and stably bending an annular wall portion formed on a well portion up to its outer circumferential end.
In the process of forming the rim cavity 21 inside an outer rim portion 8 and/or an inner rim portion, an inclined outer end portion 53b is circumferentially formed at the outer circumferential end 53a of the annular wall portion 53 provided on the well portion 14 of the rim 3, and the annular wall portion 53 is then bent by drawing, whereby a clearance groove 29 is formed by the inclined outer end 53b to prevent a bending tool 31 from contacting a flange portion 10. Accordingly, since the annular wall portion 53 can be stably bent without contact of the bending tool 31 with the flange portion 10, the outer circumferential end portion 53b of the annular wall portion 53 can be sufficiently and easily joined to the flange portion 10.
