Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vibration plate of a speaker, which enables the improvement of the vibration plate in heat resistance, durability and acoustic characteristics.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a vibration plate 1 of a speaker, which is arranged by laminating a pair of film layers 3 on a silicone rubber layer 2. The speaker vibration plate 1 is manufactured by the steps of: preparing and kneading a silicone rubber composition; sheeting the silicone rubber composition thus kneaded in a sheet form; laminating a polyether ether ketone resin film through a primer 4 on each face of the resultant silicone rubber composition, thereby forming a laminated intermediate for the vibration plate 1; and thereafter, shaping the laminated intermediate by heat to cure the silicone rubber composition into the silicone rubber layer 2. The folding strength and loss tangent of the vibration plate 1 are improved by compounding the silicone rubber layer 2 superior in heat resistance and other properties, and a polyether ether ketone resin film layer 3. Therefore, the heat resistance, durability and acoustic characteristics can be highly expected to be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
