Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for casting material for manufacturing an LED emitting homogeneous mixed color and massproduction at applicable technical cost and with element properties reproducible enough.
SOLUTION: Inorganic luminous matter pigment powder has luminous matter pigment (6) consisting of the group of garnet doped with rare earth, thiogallic acid doped with rare earth, aluminate doped with rare earth and/or arthosilicate doped with rare earth, and it is heat-treated at a temperature of 200°C or over before being dispersed within casting material.
