Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a weld joint having weld metal with few blow holes that has high strength and high toughness.
A process for preparing a base material containing 10.5 mass% or more Cr, and GMA welding on the base material using shield gas that contains 1-2 volume% or 35-50 volume% CO2 gas with the remainder comprising inert gas are performed so as to form weld metal containing, by mass%, 0.080% or less C, 0.20-1.00% Si, 8.00% or less Mn, 0.040% or less P, 0.0100% or less S, 2.0% or less Cu, 20.0-30.0% Cr, 7.00-12.00% Ni, 0.100-0.350% N, 0.02-0.11% O, 0.040% or less sol.Al, and one or more of 1.00-4.00% Mo and 1.00-4.00% W with the remainder comprising Fe and impurities.
