To simplify a method of manufacturing a wind turbine blade.
The method includes: a step of disposing a bag in a shrunk state on a first composite fiber layer provided on a surface of a first die of a first die component; a step of fixing the bag and the first composite fiber layer to the surface of the first die; a step of coupling the first die component with a second die component so that the surface of the first die and a surface of a second die of a second die component on which a second composite fiber layer is disposed form a shape of a hollow member; and a step of swelling the bag so that the first composite fiber layer is pressed against the surface of the first die, the second composite fiber layer is pressed against the surface of the second die, and the first composite fiber layer and the second composite fiber layer are coupled to form the shape of the hollow member.
