Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a material moderately in a light metal alloy injection molding machine by preventing its screw from excessively biting into the material such as a light metal or the like and charging the machine with a suitable amount of the material.
SOLUTION: A material charging inlet 8 of the light metal alloy injection molding machine is separated vertically by a partition plate 5 and longitudinally in the direction of materials such as light metal and the like transferred by a screw 2 so as to charge materials from a rear charging inlet 8b of a material charging inlet 8 to the screw 2, and then a level-sensor 10 is arranged in the vertical direction to a front charging inlet 8a of the material charging inlet 8. By the lower end of the partition plate 5, the amount of the material transferred through the screw 2 is regulated; at the same time the level of the material 20 is detected by the level-sensor 10, at the material biting part and when the level of material 20 goes up, a feeding amount controller 11 regulates a mount of material feeding based on the result of detection.
