Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deviation prevention sheet preventing a specimen from deviating during the observation by means of a microscope, and also to provide a microscope using the deviation prevention sheet.
SOLUTION: The deviation prevention sheet is placed between a specimen container in which the specimen is held and a specimen container loading stage on which the specimen container is loaded, in order to prevent the deviation of the specimen upon the measurement using the microscope. The deviation prevention sheet has the deviation prevention means at least on part of both surfaces of the same.
